Online Shipping and Returns Policy for SRAphotos.com:

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive your order. 

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00 within the Continental United States. Purchases under $75.00 will incur a 12.00 flat shipping fee.

I do not currently ship overseas but if interested in my photography please contact me and I will see what I can do on an individual basis.

I offer exchanges only. We hope you will be pleased and satisfied with your purchase. You may exchange your order by contacting me within 14 days of receiving your order. The item returned must be undamaged and in the new condition. If you wish to make an exchange please select an item equal to or higher than your return. 

FOR ALL RETURNS:

Please contact me and I will give you the Address to return your picture. Please do not ship any pictures back to the lab. Thank you, Steven

Please take extra care to properly package the picture when being shipped back to me. These pictures can be scratched or damaged if not carefully packaged.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the item to be exchanged and the item sent to replace it. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned.  

Important:

Although very rare, Please contact me immediately if your package arrives damaged. If the box is damaged due to shipping please email me a picture of the Damaged Box, if there is any, and the Damage to the Picture.

Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt of a damaged picture. After 48 hours of receipt of your picture, exchanges on damaged items can not be accepted.

I will absolutely need 1 or even 2 pictures showing the damage in order to get a replacement from the Fine Art Printing Lab that I use. Pictures of the damage can be emailed to: Steven@SRAphotos.com.
